The present invention relates to novel saccharification enzymes isolated from Thermococcus guaymasensis and to a method for producing the same. More specifically, the present invention provides beta-1,4-endoglucanase of SEQ ID NO: 2, beta-glucosidase of SEQ ID NO: 4, cellobiose phosphorylase of SEQ ID NO: 6, beta-agarase of SEQ ID NO: 8, beta-galactosidase of SEQ ID NO: 10, and laminarinase of SEQ ID NO: 12; nucleic acid sequences coding the enzymes; recombinant vectors comprising the nucleic acid sequences; hosts transformed with the recombinant vectors; and a method for producing the enzymes using the hosts or Thermococcus guaymasensis.
