FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: device comprises at least one drying chamber made in the form of a housing with a hermetically sealed door, in which a drum with a perforated sidewall is rotatably mounted, connected to a rotation drive by a hollow perforated shaft, extending along the drum, a vacuumising line, a line of supplying a coolant to the drying chamber, a line of the coolant discharge from the drying chamber. On the line of supplying the coolant a distribution unit of the coolant to the chamber is mounted, one output of which is fed to the hollow perforated shaft, and the second - to a slit formed in the lower part of the chamber housing. The coolant distribution unit is made in the form of a distributor valve provided with a gate.EFFECT: use of the invention enables to improve the quality of the finished product, and to reduce energy consumption for obtaining it.11 cl, 4 dwg |
