PURPOSE:To improve the high frequency characteristic by providing an attenuator attenuating an output signal of a limiter circuit to such a small amplitude as not to cause saturation in a synthesis circuit and connecting an output of the limiter circuit and an input of a limiter circuit of the next stage. CONSTITUTION:An attenuator 10 which attenuates an output signal of a limiter circuit 1A to such a small amplitude as not to cause saturation in a synthesis circuit is located between an output 8 of the limiter circuit 1A and an input 7 of the synthesis circuit. Then the output side 8 of the limiter circuit 1A and an input side of a limiter circuit of the next stage are connected. Thus, the signal path is divided into a path amplifying the signal and a path synthesizing the signal. Thus, the high frequency characteristic of a semiconductor element is sufficiently enhanced more than that of a conventional circuit and even when the saturation output signal level gets higher, the level is freely adjusted by the attenuator 10. |
