FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: method includes grit blasting with the application of a free abrasive and anode dissolution of the allowance. Non-current-conductive abrasive granules, on which a layer of ice from an electrolyte with the thickness not less than the height of the abrasive faces projection is grown, are used as the abrasive. The abrasive granules with the layer of ice from the electrolyte are supplied by means of a water jet via a mixing chamber, connected to the negative pole of the current source, onto the material which is to be separated and which is switched to the positive pole of the current source.EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase the quality of separation the surface due to the additional electrochemical dissolution of the material layer from the separation surface.2 dwg |
