FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: in scrubber with mobile attachment containing the housing with branch pipes for dusty and cleaned gas, the spraying device designed as a manifold with nozzles, the bottom supporting and distributive plate and upper restrictive plate, between which the layer of the attachment, mist collector, sludge discharge device and vibrator are located; the attachment is designed as a cylindrical ring, to the lateral surface of which two mutually opposite hemispherical surfaces are attached; the nozzle contains the housing with screw, union, diffuser, axisymmetric housing and union, screw is pressed-in in the housing with formation of the cylindrical chamber located above the screw, axially to the diffuser, and connected with it in series. The screw is designed with the central throttle hole, and the external surface of the screw is a one-pass screw groove and located inside the housing. The outlet of the screw groove is connected to the output tapered chamber, to the end of which a laminated sprayer is attached, which consists of mutually parallel plates, and perpendicular to the screw axis, the first plate has the central hole, the diameter of which is equal to the diameter of the greater holes of the outlet tapered chamber, and the second plate is designed continuous and is fastened to the first one by means of fastening elements.EFFECT: improved efficiency and reliability of the dust collection process, reduction of metal-intensity and vibroacoustic activity of the device in general.1 dwg |
