The present invention relates to a cellulose acylate film, and more specifically, to a cellulose acylate film having excellent water vapor permeability and mechanical properties. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a cellulose acylate film which has excellent miscibility with a cellulose acylate resin and miscibility with a retardation additive added to control retardation, accordingly does not generate bleeding phenomenon, also lowers water vapor permeability of the film, and has excellent haze, total light transmittance, and mechanical properties.
