#CMT# #/CMT# The device has outer guides (1, 2), passage openings (6, 7) and a retaining ring (3). A set of free ends (11, 12) are provided within the device from rear top of one of the outer guides to a rear bottom of another outer guide. The set of free ends passes through the passage openings, and a loop (10) is formed behind the retaining ring in an opposite side of entry and output of respective free end. The free ends are drawn to tighten loops inside the device for securing purposes. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Device for adjusting and tying together two free ends of a garment, scarf, necktie and piece of cloth. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The loop is formed behind the retaining ring in the opposite side of entry and output of respective free end, where the free ends are drawn to tighten loops inside the device for securing purposes, thus allowing adjustment and tying of the free ends without any moving part and alteration. The device is easily deployed and can be utilized with multiple flexible fabrics having various forms without deterioration of the fabrics. The device has reduced weight.
