According to the present invention, a guide means, which slides a tilt bracket from a mounting bracket upon a collision accident, comprises a first slider configured to slide while being inserted in a sliding groove of the mounting bracket and a second slider configured to slide against a lower surface of the mounting bracket such that the first slider and the second slider are respectively slid to be face-contacted with the mounting bracket, thereby enhancing impact absorption and enabling a more stable sliding movement of the tilt bracket.
