The present invention relates to a composite powder for a high temperature electrochemical device and a manufacturing method thereof. In the present invention, using Ni-CeZrO^2 composite powder as a fuel electrode for a high temperature electrochemical device inhibits high conversion efficiency and carbon deposition, thereby solving performance degradation caused by long term usage.
