POLYIMIDE PRECURSOR COMPOSITION

The present invention relates to a precursor composition which can be used for a flexible substrate. Particularly, the present invention relates to the polyimide precursor composition including a certain type of a cyclobutane tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride compound and an aromatic diamine compound having 1-13 carbon atoms. The polyimide precursor composition uses the cyclobutane tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride compound and thus is decomposed when irradiated with UV rays and laser. Therefore, a polyimide layer can be effectively separated from a carrier substrate without an additional sacrificial layer and an additional adhesive layer.
