PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an edge for speaker capable of thinning a speaker without lowering the sound quality by eliminating a damper, while achieving cost reduction.SOLUTION: An edge for speaker has a planar outer peripheral fixing part 11 formed in ring-shape and fixing a frame (support member) 6 to the outer periphery, an inner peripheral fixing part 12 for fixing a diaphragm 2 to the inner periphery, and a planar part 13 between the outer peripheral fixing part 11 and inner peripheral fixing part 12. At least on both surfaces of the planar part 13 at the connection of the planar part 13 and outer peripheral fixing part 11, protrusions for controlling the bending are formed respectively, thus forming control portions S1, S2 for controlling vibration of the diaphragm 2. |
