PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photography control apparatus, remote supervisory system and photography control program, capable of prohibiting photography at a photography prohibition area.SOLUTION: The photography control apparatus includes: a photography control function by photography permission (or prohibition) conditions obtained from an RFID tag 52, a barcode or the like previously arranged at a photography site; a photography control function by an emergency button 34 depressed by a photography party or a crisis sensor 36 when an abnormal condition occurs at the photography party; and a photography control function by forced control from a supervisory center 16. A photography control section 32 determines the signals to transmit a control signal to a shutter control section 30 for photography control.
