PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which achieves high heat radiation effect and a blast member of the electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: A blast member of the invention includes: a body; a fan fixed to the body; and a guide cover which communicates with the body. An opening for flowing exterior air into the body is provided at the body. The guide cover is provided with: a ring shaped ventilation passage; a ring shaped exhaust port which communicates with the ventilation passage; and an air advancing opening which communicates with the ventilation passage and faces the opening of the body.
