PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make apparatus management simple and easy-to-use.SOLUTION: An apparatus management device 1 for managing a plurality of apparatuses comprises: a status code DB 14 for associating and storing a status code different per type of communication protocol used by an apparatus with a common code the semantic content of which is unified among different communication protocols; a receiving unit 11 for receiving an event at any apparatus as alert event information; a common code extraction unit 12 for extracting a common code stored in association with a status code included in the received alert event information from the status code DB 14; and an event storage unit 13 for storing the alert event information in an event DB 15 after adding the extracted common code to the received alert event information. |
