PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-magnetic one-component toner that can provide images with less density unevenness.SOLUTION: A non-magnetic one-component toner contains toner base particles including at least a binder resin and colorant, where the binder resin includes a crystalline resin; the toner base particles have resin particles embedded in and partially exposed from the surface; and the maximum diameter of the part of the resin particles embedded in the toner base particles is larger than the maximum diameter of the part of the toner resin particles exposed from the surface of the toner base particles.
