The present invention relates to a terminal for providing a housekeeping book service and a method thereof. A terminal for providing a housekeeping book service includes: a communication interface part which receives a bank statement message of an account from a financial company server; an account management part which records a field corresponding to deposit or withdrawal per account by analyzing the bank statement message; a housekeeping book management part which integrates the deposit or withdrawal statement per account and then records the integrated bank statement per account in a corresponding field of a housekeeping book per designated period; a finance management part which provides an alarm in case the sum of expenses of the housekeeping book per previously designated period exceeds a previously established expected limit money, and analyzes consumption behavior and expense ratio to income by statistical processing of the expenses of the housekeeping book per designated period according to the statement; and a display part which displays the housekeeping book and the analysis result of the consumption behavior. |
