The present invention provides a compact electric flash heating boiler and an operation method for the same. According to the present invention, an automatic operation can be performed, cold water can be provided, and a short circuit or an electric shock can be prevented. Also, the present invention has a compact structure and no additional member to mount for short circuiting and preventing electric shocks, thereby improving the installation of the application. The present invention includes: a housing where an inlet and an outlet are formed on the end portions facing each other; a flow path forming unit where an external flow path is formed such that the flow of water flowing in from the inlet and discharged through the outlet has a zigzag shape, a core path being formed in a central portion to communicate with the external flow path; heating means disposed in the core path and heats the water in direct contact with the water using external power supply; an automatic heater control unit provided on the external flow path side on the water supply side of the flow path forming unit and controls the heating means based on the supply of water; a power supply cable connected to the heating means and supplies the external power supply; and a control board which controls the heating means. |
