<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of promoting heat radiation action in a state where fluctuation of a resistance value is suppressed and preventing current detection accuracy from being deteriorated.SOLUTION: Since a thermal via 5 is connected to a resistance film 41 on the outside of connection positions of the resistance film 41 and via conductors 42a, 42b for first and second senses in a side view, a resistance value in a range between the connection positions of the resistance film 41 whose voltage is measured and the via conductors 42a, 42b for the first and second senses has no possibility to be fluctuated by making the thermal via 5 connected to the resistance film 41, and heat radiation action of a resistor built-in substrate 2 can be promoted in a state where fluctuation of the resistance value is suppressed, then deterioration of current detection accuracy using the resistor built-in substrate 2 can be prevented.</p> |
