PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade for a blind device capable of flexibly coping with a request by allowing easy change of color, individually or wholly easy display of paint, advertisement, and so on, and to provide a blind device having the blade.SOLUTION: A blade 1 for a blind device includes a long blade body 2 composed of an extrusion molded product, and a resilient flexible long thin plate 7 having the thickness of approximately 0.2 mm to 0.3 mm less than a thickness t of the blade body 2 of approximately 1.0 mm, and detachably fitted with long edge portions 5 and 6 in both respective long edge portions 3 and 4 of the long blade body 2.
