A plastic and metal composite material and manufacturing method thereof, the method comprising the following steps: S1, metal powder injection molding: a mixture of a metal powder and a binder is injection molded in an injection molding machine into a metal structural member of a predetermined shape; S2, metal structural member debinding and sintering: debinding and sintering the metal structural member to remove the binder therein such that the surface of the metal structural member acquires micropores of 0.5 to 2 μm; S3, nanonization of 20-40 nm micropores: using chemical etching, on the basis of the micropores, to form nanopores; S4, die injection molding: placing the metal structural member filled with chemical reagents into the injection molding die and injection molding with plastic to form an integrated whole. The composite material is the product manufactured by the described method. |
