PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular gas burner which can reduce a cost and can make combustion operation efficient.SOLUTION: Burner ports 3 are formed on a circumferential wall part of a tubular burner main body 1 in such a state so as to be arranged in two columns along the longitudinal direction of the burner main body 1, a pair of flame stabilizing projection parts H are provided in such a state as to be dispersed on each of both lateral sides of the burner ports 3 arranged in two columns, a mixed gas supply part which supplies mixed gas of gas fuel and air for combustion to an inner part of the burner main body 1 is provided, a rod-like electric heater 5 is provided in a combustion space between the pair of flame stabilizing projection parts H in such a state so as to be positioned between the burner pores 3 arranged in two columns, and a combustion control means, when combusting starting instruction is instructed, starts heating actuation of the electric heater 5 while stopping the supply of mixed gas from the mixed gas supply part and, thereafter, when temperature of the combustion space gets to a preset combustion starting temperature higher than an ignition temperature of gas fuel, or more, starts the supply of mixed gas from the mixed gas supply part. |
