摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a solid-solution alloy improved in orientation of a {001} aggregate structure by reducing the processing time and a solid-solution alloy and an electric steel sheet obtained by the method.SOLUTION: A method of producing a solid-solution alloy of a body-centered cubic structure having the {001} aggregate structure comprises a first step of hot-deforming a to-be-processed material composed of a solid-solution alloy having a body-centered cubic structure in the temperature range in which the solid-solution alloy forms a single-phase solid solution at such a strain rate that the atmosphere of solute atoms dominates dislocation movements and that the crystal grain boundary is movable with the strain energy of crystal grains as the driving force, and a second step of hot-deforming the to-be-processed material after the first step in the same temperature range as that of the first step at such a strain rate slower than that of the first step that the atmosphere of solute atoms dominates dislocation movements and that the crystal grain boundary is movable with the strain energy of crystal grains as the driving force.
