<p>The present invention provides a strengthened glass article, containing a glass sheet having: a first main surface; a second main surface that is opposite to the first main surface; and an end surface that connects the first main surface and the second main surface, in which the glass sheet is a strengthened glass sheet which comprises a compressive stress layer on each surface of the first main surface and the second main surface and a tensile stress layer on the end surface, in which the end surface of the strengthened glass sheet has an arithmetic average roughness Ra, satisfying Ra≰3μm, and the end surface is provided with a protective layer, and in which the protective layer has a maximum thickness T1 and the strengthened glass sheet has a thickness T0, satisfying 50μm<T1≰2T0.</p> |
