Bottle closure

The subject-matter of the invention is a two-part closure for bottles which are subjected to internal overpressure. The first and second closure parts consist of plastics material and are connected to one another in a separable manner. The first closure part has a top section, with which the closure sits on the bottle neck, and a shaft section with which the closure can be introduced into the bottle neck in a sealing manner. The second closure part has a sleeve-shaped section which is arranged coaxially with the shaft section and surrounds the bottle neck. Retaining means are arranged inside the second closure part in order to prevent unintentional removal of the second closure part when it has been fitted onto the bottle neck. The second closure part is connected to the first closure part in a region between the top and shaft sections, and the first closure part can be separated from the second closure part by rotary movements between the two closure parts, whereupon the first closure part can be removed from the second closure part in the axial direction.
