PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an active energy ray-curable compound that has high adhesion or adhesive power and solvent resistance without impairing transparency of a plastic such as polycarbonate, polyolefin, etc., having excellent processability and transparency and an ultraviolet-curable composition using the same. SOLUTION: The active energy ray-curable composition is obtained by reacting a hydroxy fatty acid (A) with an epoxy compound (B) containing one or more glycidyl groups and a compound (C) containing an isocyanate group and an acryloyl group in the same molecule.
