The present invention relates to a microorganism with improved L-isoleucine productivity and a method for preparing L-isoleucine using the same, and more specifically, to: a Corynebacterium glutamicum mutant strain with improved L-isoleucine productivity having resistance to derivatives of L-isoleucine and L-threonine; and a method for preparing L-isoleucine using the same.
