PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for utilizing array of thermal management/conduction elements connected to a base fabric which manages heat through reflection or conduction while maintaining wanted transmission characteristics of the base fabric used for clothes or the like.SOLUTION: A thermal management material that is suitable to be used for clothes includes a base material having a first characteristic suitable for permitting passage of a first natural element through the base material 20, an array of a discontinuous heat conduction element 10 which is connected to one side surface of the base material, with the heat conduction element arranged to conduct heat in a wanted direction, and with space and arrangement of the heat conduction element assisting the base material to execute the first characteristic, and a second material which is arranged on a second side surface, being on the side opposite to the array of the discontinuous heat conduction element, having a second characteristic designed to permit, prevent, and/or limit a passage of a second natural element through the second material. |
