PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide medicines for treating cancer patients by determining sensitivity or resistance to apoptosis-inducing activity of Apo2L/TRAIL of a specified recombinant type.SOLUTION: Provided is a medicine comprising an effective amount of an agonistic anti-DR4 antibody or agonistic anti-DR5 antibody, which is to be administered to a patient whose sensitivity to the agonistic anti-DR4 antibody or agonistic anti-DR5 antibody is confirmed, where the sensitivity of the cancer to the agonistic anti-DR4 antibody or agonistic anti-DR5 antibody is examined by detecting the expression of GalNac-T14 in a cancer tissue or cell sample taken from the patient.
