<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing device capable of achieving the longer life of a bearing by improving the rotating accuracy during high-speed rotation, suppressing the deterioration and vaporization of lubricating oil, and increasing the amount of the lubricating oil to be held.SOLUTION: A roling bearing device 1 includes an inner ring 3 having a raceway surface 3a formed on the outer periphery, an outer ring 4 having a raceway surface 4a formed on the inner periphery, a plurality of rolling elements 5 incorporated between the raceway surface 3a of the inner ring 3 and the raceway surface 4a of the outer ring 4, a cage 6 storing the rolling elements 5, and inner ring spacers 7, 17 abutting on the end face of the inner ring 3 for positioning the inner ring 3 in the axial direction, the inner ring 3 being fitted to a rotating shaft 22. A recessed part 23 is formed in the center of the rotating shaft 22, an oil hole 22b is provided for communicating the recessed part 23 with the outer diameter part of the rotating shaft 22, and an oil supply cartridge 25 formed of a porous body filled with lubricating oil is inserted into the recessed part 23. With centrifugal force generated during the rotation of the rotating shaft 22, the lubricating oil is discharged from the oil supply cartridge 25 and the lubricating oil is supplied from the oil hole 22b to the inside of the bearing.</p> |
