<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate coating agent easily forming thin and uniform coating film on a substrate, good in detachability of coating films each other after curing, and excellent in chemical resistance to acid, alkali or the like.SOLUTION: There is provided a substrate coating agent containing an urethane resin having a polycarbonate structure, a styrene resin and a thickener with 5 to 35 mass% of the urethane resin, 1 to 10 mass% of the styrene resin and 0.1 to 3 mass% of an acryl resin as the thickener based on a solvent.</p> |
