PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated battery which can be manufactured easily while reducing the manufacturing cost, and in which occurrence of short circuit or sudden short circuit can be prevented effectively.SOLUTION: A laminated battery includes a laminated electrode body produced by laminating a positive electrode plate 1 where a positive electrode active material layer 1a is formed on a positive electrode collector, and a negative electrode plate where a negative electrode active material layer is formed on a negative electrode collector, with a separator 3a interposed therebetween, and the positive electrode plate 1 and negative electrode plate have a positive electrode lead 11 and a negative electrode lead projecting from the peripheral part, respectively. In at least one of the positive electrode lead 11 and negative electrode lead, a protective layer 13A composed of a photo-curing resin is formed at a part adjacent to the positive electrode active material layer 1a or the negative electrode active material layer. |
