PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital circuit that can normally operate regardless of binary potentials of an input signal.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device comprises an input terminal, a capacitive element, a switch, a transistor, wiring, and an output terminal. The input terminal is electrically connected to a first electrode of the capacitive element. The wiring is electrically connected to a second terminal of the capacitive element via the switch. A gate of the transistor is electrically connected to the second terminal of the capacitive element. One of a source or a drain of the transistor is electrically connected to the wiring, and the other of the source or the drain of the transistor is electrically connected to the wiring. |
