<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic composition which does not generate cloudiness/precipitation even if freeze-thawing is performed and has a stabilized appearance, while combining with vitamin A stably, and a method for prevention of cloudiness/precipitation by freeze-thawing of the composition.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic composition contains (A) vitamin A selected from retinol palmitate, retinol acetate, and a retinoic acid, (B) polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene glycol, and (C) trometamol; and one kind selected from the following (D)-(G): (D) glycerol or propylene glycol, (E) xylitol, sorbitol, mannitol, or trehalose, (F) sodium dihydrogen phosphate, and (G) sodium chloride, wherein loadings of (C) trometamol is 0.001-5 W/V%.</p> |
