PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint for siphon drainage system capable of suppressing washing water overflowing from a washing hose insertion port side when a siphon drain pipe is washed. SOLUTION: An inflow connection part 64 comprises a plurality of holes communicating with a hollow part 60A, and a plurality of vertical pipes 26 can be inserted into the holes, respectively. Washing water injected from a nozzle part 84 flows downstream and flows from the inflow connection 64 to the hollow part 60A at the time of washing. Then, the washing water moves to an outflow connection 66 arranged at a position opposite the inflow connection 64 and is discharged to a drain riser 12 through a confluent joint 42 and a joint 40.
