PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize an indication on a display by ignoring a water level changing in a short time in a water storage unit to be measured. SOLUTION: A water level measuring apparatus 1 includes: water level detecting means 2 for detecting a water level S in a water storage unit T to be measured; controlling means 3 into which a detection signal E of the water level detecting means 2 is inputted; and a display 4 for indicating information corresponding to the water level S based on a signal F from the controlling means 3. The controlling means 3 examines the detection signal E of the water level detecting means 2 in a predetermined sampling period, and has a step of outputting a signal F for indicating that a water level is within a predetermined water level S1 on the display 4 for a longer time than the sampling period while the detection signal E indicates a water level within a range of the predetermined water level S1.
