PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat having both of achievement of assist grip without any interference of movement between a front seat and a rear seat, and a pocket function for putting in objects. SOLUTION: Since a recess-like part 20b of a molded container body-like fingertip insertion body 20 is buried in the top part of a seat back SB, a grip function is not projected from the rear face of the seat back SB concerning the seat, and further the seat can function the recess-like part 20b as a pocket. Since a cut part 4 for exposing an opening part 20c of the recess-like part 20b of the fingertip insertion body 20 is formed on a head rest HR positioned upward of the fingertip insertion body 20 provided on the top part of the seat back SB, fingers are easy to insert in the recess-like part 20b without being interfered on the head rest HR. Thereby occupants are easy to grip the top part of the seat back SB in getting on and off. In addition, when the recess-like part SB is used as the pocket, putting in and out of the object is easy.
