<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image server, system, program, and method for cumulatively generating multiple images with different time scales, thereby smoothly displaying a change in the time scales of an attention-demanded image viewed from a user operating a client. <P>SOLUTION: The image server includes: prime factor group calculating means for calculating a prime factor group (=x<SP POS="POST">i</SP>×y<SP POS="POST">j</SP>×z<SP POS="POST">k</SP>×...) comprising prime factors and multiplier factors from cumulative values from a minimal time scale to a maximal time scale in an image by a prime factorization; and image generation means for generating cumulative and multistep images with different time scales, with a prime factor defined as a magnification ratio of the time scales of the images in the cumulative direction, and a multiplier factor defined as the number of steps of the multiplication ratio of the images, and outputting the images to image accumulation means.
