<p>The present invention provides a three-dimensional measuring device which enables the measurement accuracy to be improved effectively. A substrate detection device comprises an irradiating device for irradiating stripy light patterns on a printed substrate; a camera for shooting the light patterns; and a control device for carrying out three-dimensional measurement based on the shot image data. The irradiating device comprises a light source of emitting light, and a liquid crystal optical grating (4b) for transforming the light into the stripy light patterns. The liquid crystal optical grating (4b) forms a liquid crystal layer between a pair of glass substrates(31, 32), and comprises a common electrode (33) arranged on one of the glass substrate (31) and a plurality of strip-like electrodes (34) parallelly arranged on the other glass substrate (32). Moreover, the strip-like electrodes (34) are divided into groups, and each group has six strip-like electrodes, and the strip-like electrodes (34a) of each group are connected parallelly. The parallelly connected strip-like electrode (34) groups are connected with a same switch element (36a-36f) separately, and are controlled by the switch element (36a-36f).</p> |
