The present invention relates to an impact absorbing type protective fence for a vehicle, and more specifically to an impact absorbing type protective fence for a vehicle which: efficiently absorbs impact load of a vehicle even if the vehicle collides with a guide rail installed at a side of a road in a sudden accident; minimizes the impact transferred to the vehicle and the passenger; reduces damages incurred to a protective fence by the collision; and prevents vehicle deviation.
