PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving plate member capable of properly thermocompression bonding overlapping plastic films at a relatively high temperature without holding the films between low-adhesion sheets. SOLUTION: The receiving plate member 31 is provided to a support block 30 holding overlapping plastic films F1, F2 to be thermocompression bonded between it and a pressure application block 20 and receives the plastic films F1, F2 to which the pressure is applied by the pressure application block 20. The receiving plate member includes a rubber plate member 31a formed of a heat resistant rubber, a heat resistant resin member 31b provided at one surface of the rubber plate member, and a heat resistant reinforcement member 31c provided at the other surface of the rubber plate member.
