PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a branching device that can operate a plurality of operation targets asynchronously by operating a single operation part, and also to provide a cable operation mechanism with the same. SOLUTION: The branching device 1 includes: an operation part side control cable 11 connected to an operation part 100; a first and second operation target side control cables 21 and 31 connected to a first and second operation targets 201, and 301 and 311, respectively; and a towing means 2 for making timings to tow the first and second target side control cables 21 and 31, different from each other so that the first target side control cable 21 is towed before the second target side control cable 31 by a pulling operation of the operation part side control cable 11.
