<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-use high-frequency power supply device which avoids a failure and output restriction due to local heat generation as much as possible by distributing heat generation positions of an inverter circuit with respect to one load circuit. <P>SOLUTION: With respect to a first load circuit 5, pairs of upper and lower switches (10 and 11) and (18 and 19) of two power modules 3 and 4 are combined with each other to constitute a first inverter circuit INV1.
