<p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a sun visor for a vehicle whereby various kinds of sun visors corresponding to designs for various kinds of vehicles can be manufactured in an easy and simple manner using a thermoplastic resin without using a mold. According to the present invention, the method includes the steps of: cutting a half-finished product from a thermoplastic resin plate; making the half-finished product be moldable by heating the half-finished product; transferring the half-finished product in order to place an adhesive part of the half-finished product in a space between vises while a lower part of a shielding part of the half-finished product is supported by a support; fixating the adhesive part of the half-finished product by pressing the same with a pair of an upper vise and a lower vise; molding the shielding part into the shape of the surface of a molding plate by making the molding plate in the certain shape contact a lower part of the shielding part after removing the support; and finishing the half-finished product by cooling the same.</p> |
