The present invention relates to a ball playing apparatus for a pet, wherein the apparatus comprises: a casing having a ball inlet and a ball outlet; a support frame having a ball inflow passage provided corresponding to the ball inlet and guiding a ball, which is put into the ball inlet, into the casing; a ball transport unit disposed at an end portion of the ball inflow passage to elevate the ball to a height at the side of the ball outlet; and a ball throw unit for throwing the ball, which is transported by the ball transport unit, to the outside through the ball outlet. Here, the ball throw unit includes: a throw body disposed above the support frame; a ball support plate disposed on one side of the throw body, wherein the ball transported by the ball transport unit is mounted on the ball support plate; a throw roller provided inside the ball support plate, contacted with an external circumferential surface of the ball, and rotated by a throw motor; and a throw auxiliary roller disposed above the throw roller, contacted with an upper region of the ball, and idle-rotated. Here, the ball is positioned such that the ball is contacted with throw roller and the throw auxiliary roller, and the ball is thrown out through the ball outlet by rotation of the throw roller. |
