Disclosed is a multiple packer apparatus in a borehole having a plurality of fracture zones. The packer apparatus includes: a bore hole which has a plurality of fracture zones vertically extending in the vertical direction; at least one casing which is spaced apart from the inner wall of the borehole at a predetermined interval, mounted at the fracture zone one by one and is mounted in the longitudinal direction where the borehole extends; at least one rubber tube which is mounted relative to a unit length of the casing, is arranged in the interval between the inner wall of the borehole and the casing, is mounted to get in contact with the outer wall surface of the casing; a string which is inserted and mounted between the casing and the rubber tube and has a contact part formed at the lower end; and a swelling part formed at the lower end of the rubber tube.
