The present invention relates to a device for collecting active carbon for refinement of used oil, in which refinement for adsorbing and bleaching an organic material is performed by introducing used oil and active carbon powder into a stirring tank and mixing the used oil and the active carbon powder by using a stirring blade, an active carbon collection that is a post-treatment process of the refinement can be rapidly performed by using a tube type filter, and recycling efficiency for oil experiencing refinement and filtering processes can be improved at a dissociation temperature through a vacuum distillation method. That is, the present invention relates to a device for collecting active carbon for refinement of used oil, which is characterized by a typical refinement process of introducing used oil and active carbon power into a stirring tank provided with a stirring blade and a baffle wall to adsorb and bleach an organic material by means of the active carbon powder, the device being configured such that a plurality of tube type filters are disposed on a fluid circling part between the stirring tank and the baffle to be vertically fixed to the fluid circling part upward and downward, and have hollow parts of which upper and lower portions are closed; the tube type filter is provided in a shape such that a glass fiber tube having micropores of 20-40μm covers an outer circumference of a spring having a predetermined length; and detachable means is provided on an upper portion of the tube type filter to allow the tube type filter to be detached and taken out to the outside.
