PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convert biomass that cannot retain a fixed shape in a dry state into solid fuel together with plastic without using a binder.SOLUTION: Sludge 1 is first dried to an absolute dry state by a dryer 2. The dried sludge 1a is added with water 5 and then kneaded and moisture-conditioned by a moisture conditioner 4 so that the moisture content is uniform. The moisture-conditioned sludge 1b is mixed with plastic 7 by a mixing device 6. A moisture-conditioned mixture 8 in a state where the sludge 1b is mixed and homogenized with the plastic 7 by adhesive properties of the moisture-conditioned sludge 1b is generated during the mixing. Subsequently, the moisture-conditioned mixture 8 is compression-molded by a molding machine 9 to produce solid fuel 10. |
