PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the number of demand controllers to be used, by enabling one demand controller to perform a plurality of kinds of control.SOLUTION: A demand controller 20 is configured to control a demand value in a demand time limit. The demand controller 20 performs: activation start timing control for deviating activation start timing of an air conditioning facility 50 by sending an activation starting command to the air conditioning facilities 50 while deviating the time; load stop control for stopping loads as many as a number corresponding to a level of a predictive demand value in the case where the predictive demand value exceeds a threshold value; and cyclic control for cyclically stopping the loads at preset time intervals under the condition where a preset time zone or the predictive demand value exceeds a reference value. Since one demand controller 20 performs three patterns of control, in comparison with the case where a dedicated demand controller 20 is provided for each pattern, the number of demand controllers 20 to be used can be decreased. |
