PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pail can and an overlapping method of the same capable of preventing a hand ring and a clip plate from rotting even if a content such as an agricultural chemical is spilled on the pail can when pouring the content in the pail can.SOLUTION: Provided is a pail can 1 for storing a content S therein. The pail can 1 comprises: a bottom board 2 disposed on a lower part; a top board 3 disposed on an upper part; and a trunk 4 in which a hollow part 4a is formed. In the bottom board 2, flat surface parts 21 and ridge parts 22 which have a ridged shape downward of the flat surface parts 21 are alternately formed in a circumferential direction Z of a lower surface 2a.
