PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an unnecessary application from being wastefully executed for use with a vehicle.SOLUTION: In a communication system, a use specifying part 204 specifies "use" of a vehicle 5 on the basis of a travel data table 15a and an application selection part 205 selects one or more information system applications 25b corresponding to the "use" among a plurality of information system applications 25b. An execution prohibit part 206 prohibits execution of the information system application 25b that is not selected by the application selection part 205. Thus, an unnecessary information system application 25b is prevented from being wastefully executed for the "use" of the vehicle 5.
